He complains that this is giving him instability when doing bench press and shoulder press. He experienced no pain-Today I want to share what I did with him in our session, and my movement-based assessment approach. Comparing his right and left side, significant internal range of motion limitation can be seen with the internal rotation range of motion test. So first I will address to this problem. I had him laying on his side to do sleeper stretch with MET technique. And I gave him two exercises to improve his scapula control and strengthen his serrates anterior-I will keep up with his process and share to you guys in the future. 1️⃣ 手叉腰的姿勢明顯看到肩胛骨下角隆起
2️⃣ 手從上往下放動作明顯看到肩胛骨下角隆起-大多數病人其實是因為外觀不好看而前來就醫。翼狀肩胛本身不一定會引起疼痛,可是在運動的時候,往往便會感覺肩胛骨位置不對,發力不好或肩膀前側壓力較大-第一類翼狀肩胛常出現在體型較瘦,肌肉無力,青少年型脊椎側彎的個案身上

“復健運動”📌 這次分享的運動是針對典型的第一類翼狀肩胛(Inferior Dysfunction)。自費一對一物理治療,針對旋轉肌群(脊上肌/脊下肌/小圓肌/肩胛下肌)、前鋸肌、中下斜方肌,結予適當治療性運動-1️⃣ 彈力帶外轉上舉 (Banded ER Uplift):雙手握5公斤彈力帶,手肘貼近身體,肩膀往外轉時手肘保持穩定。維持彈力帶的張力,雙手往上推,直到失去肩胛內側張力的時候,雙手緩慢往下放,回到原始位置2️⃣ 抗力球旋轉 (Stir the pot):雙手肘壓在球上,支撐上半身的體重。順時鐘轉10圈,再逆時鐘轉10圈。身體保持穩定,肩胛骨周邊肌群用力,共同收縮,訓練旋轉肌,前鋸肌-[video width="720" height="720" mp4="https://esenmedical.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/128082284_171086208066145_6252936729443354682_n.mp4"][/video][video width="720" height="720" mp4="https://esenmedical.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/128703914_193132589186719_3129275052837911347_n.mp4"][/video]以上只是其中兩個運動。對運動有不了解,歡迎在下面留言提問-還想知道什麼物理治療相關的問題要怎麼解決?在下面留言,選一位幸運兒,當下一個發文的主題.#jamesthephysio signing out
